Frequently Asked Questions About Shipping

Monday through Friday items ordered before 6pm CST usually ship within 3 business days.  If packaging is complicated it may take an additional 2-3 days.  Weekend orders, including orders placed on Friday, will be shipped on the following Tuesday (unless it's a holiday).  If Dixie Belle Paint is not in stock in our store it will be shipped directly from Dixie Belle Paint Company so this may take 7-10 business days.


Returns are for purchases only through rustiquerelics.com!  Please refer to our return policy. Dixie Belle Paint Products cannot be returned.


Oops, it does happen sometimes. Contact us right away. We will send you the item that you actually ordered along with return shipping and packaging for the item we sent in error.  Just please be kind enough to throw that wrong item in the new packaging, put the return shipping label on it, and give it to your postman or postlady!


Please pay close attention to what you have in your cart at checkout because once the order is placed, we cannot modify it.  Let us know asap, we may be able to issue a refund then let you order the correct item.  If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for return shipping.  Also please refer to our Return Policy.


We cannot make changes to your order. If you have a coupon code, please make sure you utilize it at checkout. You can always use it next time:)


We really don't know how this could happen but if it does you will need to contact us immediately because we ship quick.  After it ships you can contact customer service, but you will have to pay return shipping. Once we receive the return you will receive store credit for the item minus shipping cost.


We offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail depending on what you select at checkout.  It's just easier for us to limit shipping to the USPS and they offer good service and good insurance on packages.


We cannot control what happens to your package once it leaves our store. You will want to file a claim with the USPS at this link   File a Claim | USPS. However, we will do whatever it takes to help you with your claim.
